About

About this site

Kinh Man Coi is a free online resource for praying the Holy Rosary.

Who runs the site

The site is offered anonymously. It is the work of laypeople who wished to make a clear, faithful, English-language guide to the Rosary available without ads, paywalls, or registration. The site is not affiliated with any diocese, religious order, parish, or ecclesial movement, and the writing here does not represent any official teaching body. It reflects the common, long-standing tradition of the Rosary as practiced in the Catholic Church.

What you will find here

  • A complete step-by-step guide to praying the Rosary
  • The full text of every prayer of the Rosary, with a short note on each
  • A page for each of the twenty mysteries, with a scripture reference and a brief meditation
  • A short history of how the Rosary developed
  • A glossary and a frequently asked questions page for those new to the prayer
  • A small number of reflection posts

A note on the name

The site’s name, Kinh Mân Côi, is Vietnamese for “the prayer of the Rosary.” We have kept the name because it points to something true about the Rosary itself: it is prayed in every language of the Church. The content of the site, however, is entirely in English.

Sources

The text of the traditional prayers given on this site is the long-standing English form used in Catholic worship and devotion. Explanatory text, meditations, and reflections are written in our own words.

A note for the curious

If anything here is unclear, or if you find an error, we would simply ask that you bring it before God in prayer — and, if you are able, share what you have learned with someone else who might benefit.
